As part of Emma Sofie Friis-Andersen and Cecilie Lundquist Balling’s graduating project at KAOSPILOT they created a podcast series called Growing Facilitation. I had the opporunity to mentor these incredible women throughout their final year in the program.

The podcast invited experienced facilitators to share stories, experiences and reflections on topics and challenges related to change. In their fourth and final episode, Emma Sofie and Cecilie sat down with me to chat. 

Our conversation was an exploration of the role of facilitators and how to create the ideal conditions for people to engage in transformative change processes.
We discuss various methods and mindsets that can enable facilitators to effectively guide and support participants leading them take ownership of the change we are seeking to create.
